Last year, Bradley Walsh and his son Barney were chosen by bosses to front the revival of the famous physical challenge game show.

The original version of Gladiators first became popular when it made its debut on ITV back in 1992.

2024 saw a whole new set of elite athletes were chosen to take up the mantle of the fierce and strong Gladiators.

Eight men and eight women made up the group of 16 stars to face each aspiring competitor.

The likes of Montell Douglas, Emily Steel, Zack George, and Matty Campbell impressed viewers with their strength and athletic abilities.

However, it seems that the BBC have added two new stars to complete the cast of athletes.

After Joel Dommett and Ellie Taylor rose to victory on the special Celebrity edition of the show, Auntie released a new trailer for the forthcoming series.

However, the backs of two new Gladiators dressed in the obligatory uniform were, and eagle-eyed viewers took note.

One fan started a new thread on social media site Reddit where they shared multiple screenshots of the promotional video.

They wrote in the title: “As teased in the trailers – new gladiators.”
