SUPERMODEL Cindy Crawford looks just as good now as she did in her heyday, and it’s thanks to a simple daily routine.
The glamourous 58-year-old revealed each step of her process that helps her look as youthful as ever.

Speaking on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, Cindy explained the beauty secrets she swears by.
She emphasised the importance of looking good to feel good, particularly when you’re a woman.
Cindy described how she feels like she can “conquer the world” when she feels confident in both her inner and outer self.
To achieve this, she starts every day with the same routine to ground herself.
Cindy revealed that she scrapes her tongue before using a dry brush and oil to give herself a lymphatic massage.
She said she is “obsessed” with dry brushing, which you can incorporate into your daily routine for just £5.
Next, she practices gua sha on her face before soaking in her jacuzzi and walking through her garden to “ground” herself.
The supermodel also practices intermittent fasting, refraining from eating until around 10 AM, after her daily workout.

Cindy explained the importance of prioritising your mental health as well as your physical health.

“You can’t multi-task presence,” she told podcast listeners.
Cindy also pointed out that there is nothing anyone can do to prevent ageing.
Describing the term “anti-ageing” as negative, she explained that she isn’t looking to combat the process but rather do what she can do feel and look her best.
She explained that her focus is on lining up her life span with her health span.
Cindy pointed out that it is better to live to 90, having been healthy and mobile for 89-and-a-half of those years, rather than reaching 100 after being wheelchair-bound for 15 years.
The supermodel explained that her company Meaningful Beauty has helped her embrace the prospect of ageing in a positive way.
She shared her excitement over feeling confident both internally and externally.
And while some of this may be down to the peptides and protein she prioritises in her routine, she revealed the key step to her success.
“When we feel like we look good and are taking care of ourselves, we just have a little bit more confidence in ourselves,” she concluded.
